Walk and Talk Counselling
Our counsellors offer seasonal Walk + Talk Counselling sessions, in Regina, Lumsden and Moose Jaw - talk therapy sessions while in nature! This approach can be beneficial for a variety of reasons, including promoting relaxation, boosting energy and focus, and increasing self-expression. Nature is naturally healing and can help promote deeper connection, presence and mindfulness.
Counselling (with a Registered Professional Counsellor)
Collaboratively, we will find a personalized, balanced whole-body approach through a combination of talk therapy + somatics.

Psychotherapy (with a Canadian Certified Counsellor)
Offering compassionate, client-centered therapy to support individuals navigating life’s challenges. Through a holistic, trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, sessions are tailored to help you explore emotions, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Embodiment Healing
Embodiment healing is a body-centered approach to healing trauma, deepening body wisdom, and increasing connection to yourself. These one-on-one sessions may combine Somatic Experiencing®, energy work, art and expressive arts therapy, somatic EMDR and /or gentle touchwork to help you release stuck patterns, process emotions, and reconnect with your body’s innate healing abilities.
Somatic Integration Therapy for expanded states
These one-on-one sessions offer a supportive space to process and integrate the insights, emotions, and realizations from your psychedelic journey, or other expanded journeys (such as breathwork or meditation) into meaningful areas of your life. Through somatic practices, expressive arts, and guided reflection, we’ll explore how to embody the wisdom gained, address unresolved experiences, and align with your healing and growth. Whether you’re preparing for a journey or reflecting afterward, these sessions provide a grounded and compassionate container for deeper transformation. Note: This is a harm-reduction offering—no substances are provided or consumed during sessions.
Clearing the Channel: For Helping Professionals
"Clearing the Channel" is a somatic-based integration and energetic support session for practitioners and helping professionals. As a helping practitioner, you are the channel through which attunement, care, and presence flow. When we do this type of work in the world, we can become impacted by emotional/energetic residue, nervous system fatigue, overwhelm or stuckness.
This offering supports you with 'digesting' and releasing what you've been carrying so that you can reconnect to your own inner wisdom, energy and resilience.
“Clearing the channel” is an intention, not a specific technique — sessions draw from a variety of body-based modalities to meet you where you are.
This may be supportive for therapists, teachers, nurses, doctors, paramedics, caregivers, parents — anyone who senses their inner channel could use clearing. This session takes place in person at The Heart Center
Consultation Sessions for Therapists + Guides
These sessions provide somatic + arts-based support for therapists, practitioners and guides who work with emotional and mental health + healing. These offerings include 1:1 support as well as group support (wisdom circles).
Yoga for Mental + Emotional Health
This one-on-one, trauma-informed yoga session is designed to support your emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and overall mental health. Blending gentle movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness, the practice meets you where you are — whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, burnout, grief, or simply seeking reconnection with yourself. Each session is personalized to your needs and intentions. No experience required.
